In the nineteenth century Belfast rose as one of the great industrial cities of the world, known as Linenopolis, where the clatter of looms and the smoke of mill chimneys defined daily life. West Belfast, along the Falls, Andersonstown and the surroudning districts, stood at the heard of that story
